An un-sonnet to my bread

Flour, water, sugar, salt, yeast.
Wait 80 minutes for it to squish.
Roll out into a rectangle, then it roll up.
Wait 40 minutes for it to rise.
Cut three slashes in the top.
Brush with saltwater glaze.
Sprinkle with whatever seeds you want.
Bake for 20 min.
Eat warm. Impress husband. Mmmmm.
